Kavita has been adept at execution across start-ups since 2004. At KiKsAR Technologies, focusing on creating real life like shopping experiences for apparel and wearable accessories using AI, AR and 3D modeling. In her previous stint (2011-2018) at Ramyam Intelligence Labs, a Customer Experience product start-up in Big Data Analytics & AI/ML, Kavita was part of the founding team. She took the company to a successful European M&A in 6 years. Ramyam is now part of Arvato -Bertelsmann.

Serial Entrepreneur and Product Evangelist, Kiran is responsible for Sales and Marketing as well as Product Management at KiKsAR. In his previous stints, he was Co-founder & COO of Ramyam Intelligence Lab (Acquired by Arvato-Bertelsmann), day one employee and CTO of Xalted an OSS/BSS company with successful listing at Nasdaq, member of founding teams at Paragon Solutions (Acquired by CSC),Ushacomm – one of the first telecom product companies from India apart from leading digitization practice at Honeywell Aerospace.

Sirisha has 16+ years of rich cross-cultural experience having worked with and creating some of the best teams at Apple, Microsoft, BAE systems across North America, India and China. At KiKsAR, she owns HR, Finance and Operations. In her previous stint at Ramyam Intelligence Lab, as Head of HR, she has been instrumental in setting up processes from grounds up and helped them to scale. She is also part of two successful due diligence and post merger integrations - Ramyam into Arvato - Bertelsmann and Skype into Microsoft

At KiKsAR, Sasidhar is responsible for R&D and focusing on driving latest innovations in computer vision, ML, AR. An MS(Software Systems) from BITS, MCA from Andhra University and an alumni of IIM Calcutta

Technology enthusiast, focussed on translating business goals into successful projects, advising teams on technologies to deploy and get there. At KiKsAR, Sunil is responsible for creating the first iteration of VTO Platform and continuously enhancing to scale. He has worked in various movies, projects and headed a team in applied material to achieve a collective dream . When it comes to 3D he can venture into different roadways. Over the years he has gained and become expert in adding life to 3D models.
